Can a Chinese Kung-Fu soldier beat an American soldier?

In hand-Hand combat.

NOT BY THEIR HEIGHT!!!|||Who cares, I'm sure the American Soldier would rather be stomping HiPPies...|||in a gun battle probably the american but in hand to hand it might be the chinese but it all depends on how well trained they are.|||yes. majority of american soldiers do not go to hand to hand combat classes. it would depend on the unit. the SF could kick there ***.. but not your average army pogue.

but i bet most Marines can take them. atleast we are all required MCMAP training..(army/soldiers do not)|||only if he runs away|||Aerican, better trained|||Martial Artists aren't always going to win. It all depends on the soldier's training. Plus I would never get into a hand-to hand combat situation, that's why I have high powered weapons, fighter jets, and helicopters.|||Not this soldier. I was raised in japan and trained in muay thai, jiu jitsu and some forms of kung fu. I have taught this to my soldiers as well, so actually not me or my soldiers.|||The US soldier is trained in some hand to hand combat but they are also trained to avoid it so it would be likely it would never happen.|||I don't think that would be the primary concern. If these two nations fought, China's army vastly outnumbers the US's, and they are much more organized and disciplined. In hand to hand, the American would possibly be stronger, but as for more clever or more skilled? I'm inclined to say no, but who knows.
